Graphic Design Specialist

We pay competitive salaries and offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, EAP, and 401(k). **JOB FUNCTIONS:** _Primary Responsibilities_ * Design and create listing flyers, business cards, newsletters and other marketing/print materials for members while delivering top-notch customer service * Design, format, program and coordinate testing and publication of new and revised company specific forms * Assist with printing and other duties as needed _Secondary Responsibilities_ * Backup the Administrative Services Coordinator as necessary * Serve as a backup for NWMLS online maps and graphic shape files using mapping software * Serve as a backup for online and printed marketing and training materials according to established NWMLS branding guidelines as needed * Serve as a backup to design and edit web images (ads, banners, articles) and online flyers/supplemental materials as needed in collaboration with the Communications team * Stay up-to-date with best practices in design **QUALIFICATIONS:** * College degree in graphic design or closely related field, or 2+ years of work related experience (College degree in graphic/web design, communications, marketing or closely related field is preferred) * Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and design application programs, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop * Able to multitask and manage several tasks and/or projects while maintaining a high quality of work and meeting tight deadlines * Familiarity with infographic methodology and creation tools * Familiarity with video software programs such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Animaker * Familiarity with pre-press design, working in a print shop with the output of design materials * Detail-oriented with exceptional communication, proof-reading, and organizational skills * Positive team player and works well with others on collaborative projects * Excellent customer service skills * Experience with QuickBooks is a plus * Familiarity with mapping software is a plus (example: ArcGIS) **HOW TO APPLY:** If you are interested in applying for the position, please submit your cover letter and resume by email.
