You will report directly to a North American Creative Manager, who will provide you with the support and direction to grow as an in-house corporate designer Skills and experience that will lead to success • Working as part of a collaborative team of design professionals solving complex client problems using a variety of both traditional and innovative tools • Partnering with account teams and leadership to understand the business • Developing flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment • Assisting with graphics, layouts, formatting, conceptual thinking, and creative strategy • Create charts, diagrams and/or visuals • Lead discussion of project details with the client to determine agreed-upon design and time frame to ensure client satisfaction • Actively listens to client ideas and feedback to promote understanding. Professional: • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create a variety of documents such as proposals and presentations. The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $67,000 annually.
