Graphic Design Specialist + Print Department Team Lead

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer with the ability to operate print department equipment to join our team. · Maintain SOP documentation for all print department machinery and cross-train production staff on the use of equipment as needed. · Provide weekly inventory of print department supplies to Signatures’ Production Manager. · Upon receiving embroidery design approval via email, add designs to system records in ERP, embroidery software, and account records as applicable. · Manage pre-production embroidery job jacket basket to ensure timely setup of embroidery designs for production including embroidery spec sheets, decoration location, and needle/thread color documentation.
