Graphic Design Specialist

Your work will include, but not be limited to, advertisements, social media graphics, publications, visual concepts, graphics, and marketing materials for the agency and its various clients. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, art, design, or a related discipline- Minimum of 1 year of communications, marketing, art, design, or related experience- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and Exceptional desktop publishing skills required; Adobe Certification is a plus- Exceptional strength in video production and computer animation strongly desired, but not required- Portfolio submission required- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and One Drive (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) - Overall digital knowledge of user interface (UI) design and development- Enthusiasm and passion for creative projects- Must be available from 8am to 5:30pm, working a minimum of 40-hours per week- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Background check required - Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel out of state- Must have reliable transportation to office and for other work-related travel- This is an in-office position Pay and Perks- $42,000 - $46,000/year – based on experience- Insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision, life)- 401k with matching - Paid time off (holidays, vacation & sick leave)- Employee Assistance Program- Opportunity to work with a progressive and innovative leadership team.- Opportunity for potential growth in the company- Use of company computerDuties and Responsibilities- Works under the direct supervision of the Creative Manager and Senior Graphic Designer - Collaborates on projects with creative team members, such as Coordinators and Specialists - Develop and maintain brand integrity across multiple platforms - Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and contractors - Must be available to travel to our current company office locations and/or client sites in Texas, Louisiana, Nevada, etc. - Regularly working in an office and/or school environment.
