Graphic Design Specialist

Responsibilities : Collaborate with partners to understand creative needs Create the vision for and execute all print and digital design projects, including assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, sales collateral, company catalog, and more Organize and maintain a self-serve image library for the marketing team that includes application images, product images, graphics, logos, and more Plan and execute a large-scale application photoshoot to serve as fresh source material for design projects, including vendor selection, location scouting, and budgeting Work with internal experts to develop visuals that clearly and simply communicate complex industrial processes Implement and manage a process for continuously updating product materials across 5 languages, including spec sheets, catalogs, brochures, and more Create co-branded libraries of content for distributor partners Retouch and edit images to accurately depict product usage in the field Serve as a key point of contact for vendors to support video shoots or animation projects Support social media content with a regular cadence of visuals for corporate channels Review and revise existing brand style guidelines to reflect core company attributes Audit existing collateral and update as necessary to ensure a consistent brand style and up-to-date imagery Repurpose and edit existing video assets for maximum reach across digital channels Actively participate in global marketing team and company meetings to align design strategy with team priorities and company direction Requirements: 3+ years experience in graphic design Portfolio or samples of creative work, preferably highlighting B2B or industrial projects Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and HubSpot Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, layouts, typography, print, and web standard processes Experience with both print and digital media Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment Able to represent the marketing team well in interactions with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in proofreading/reviewing content Three days a week in office at One Life Way We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
