Graphic Design Specialist

This position is responsible for planning, concepting, and implementing design for print and web that delivers an effective message to the intended audience and meets branding, marketing, e-marketing, sales, and general informational needs. Performs a wide range of routine to complex duties and responsibilities for design projects as follows: Displays initiative for soliciting information in a timely manner in order to meet or exceed deadlines Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Degree in graphic design/related field or equivalent work experience (portfolio presentation) • 3+ years of experience in graphic design • Expertise in general PC usage, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Mailchimp • Self-motivation to work independently and stamina to produce quality product in fast-paced environment • In addition to the above minimum qualifications, this position will also possess demonstrated skills and ability to work as part of a highly functioning, deadline-driven team; multi-task and manage numerous projects at various levels of development, engage in problem-solving; exhibit a wide degree of creativity and flexibility; give priority to excellent customer service; contribute ideas to the overall strategy and ultimate delivery of the highest quality product; and quickly learn and integrate new tools and technologies.
