About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Graphic Designer WITH Cheerleading Experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually stunning designs that will be used in a variety of mediums, including digital and print media. Responsibilities Create visually stunning designs for a variety of mediums, including social media and print media Work with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand's goals and objectives Develop marketing materials such as social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, and product packaging Design product graphics, including logos, patterns, and illustrations Collaborate with external partners, including influencers and content creators, to create compelling designs that drive brand awareness and increase engagement Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all design materials Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and recommend new strategies to improve our design approach Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports or athletic industry Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience in branding and creating style guides Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and time-management skills Compensation Tons of time off and Summer Hours!
