Compensation Range:$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual SalaryJob Description Summary:To design, produce, and deliver Marketing collateral deliverables, and fulfill specific division and region marketing design requests. Serve as a champion and leader for the Swinerton brand for all graphic and collateral.Job Description:POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDesign and production of collateral, graphic design artwork and marketing materials, including proposals, icons, infographics, large format graphics, presentations, events and multi-media pieces, while applying in-depth knowledge of graphic design software and techniquesManage project from concept to completion, while incorporating input from key stakeholders; conceptualize, storyboard and translate ideas into visual elements and collateral developmentDesign, post and audit graphic assets in the knowledge base in CosentialCoordinate, post and audit project specific photography in CosentialCreate, organize and maintain a visual assets library for the divisionManage and coordinate division photography needsCoordinate video production as neededDesign, create and maintain PowerPoint presentation and production of PowerPoint presentations for various events, meetings and presentationsWork directly with vendors to bring collateral and branding ideas to realityAid in distribution of marketing communications materialsEnsure quality control through approval of proofs, emails and review/testing of materials before deploymentProvide training and design support to Marketers throughout the division and regionSubmit Swinerton for marketing design/proposal industry awardsPlan and coordinate division events (e.g. holiday party, company picnic)Update resumes and project sheetsOther responsibilities as assignedMINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 4 year college degree and/or combination of 5 years Graphic Design experienceHighly skilled in Graphic Design and ProductionExcellent English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone mannerAbility to take specific direction and ask respondent questions to clarify the parameters of assigned tasksProfessional and cooperative manner with in-house clients and colleaguesAbility to work as a team player on a variety of projects simultaneouslyExperienced in website managementProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the full suite of Adobe Products including PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesignPhotography skills desirableSUMMARY OF BENEFITSThis role is eligible for the following benefits:medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, employee assistance program, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short and long term disability, financial wellness coaching, educational assistance, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
