Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $45,000-$55,000 annuallySummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, helping to elevate EBQs clients through innovative brand development. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving awareness, ensuring that our clients stand out in the marketplace.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, web layouts, social ads, presentations, ebooks, etc.Communicate clearly and effectively with assigned clients in order to influence project directionWork on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriatelySolicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviewsAssist in determining the message the design should portray and help to ensure branding consistency and quality, including the evolution and ongoing upkeep of templates & resourcesDevelop relationships with assigned clients to maintain a tight brand presence across these organizationsAccurately implement EBQs processesConsistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisorRetain training and direction from managementAdhere to company policies and valuesWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clientsPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skillsBachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar fieldStrong understanding of design principlesProficiency with wireframing/UI/UXProficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and WordProcess-orientedProficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not requiredWordPress WPBakery (or similar Page Builders)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
