Key Responsibilities Lead creative functions for marketing campaigns and advise junior team members on visual layouts Create branded visual designs in collaboration with copywriters and marketing managers Manage complex workflows and coordinate tasks among stakeholders to meet project deadlines Required Qualifications BA/BS degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience 6-10 years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience in civil engineering firm marketing/graphic design is preferred Map design or GIS experience is a plus
