Graphic Design Specialist Job (Lancaster, PA, US)

Reporting to the Graphic Design and Production Supervisor, this role is responsible for collaborating with Marketing professionals on the design and production of marketing assets, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, digital assets, one-pagers, signage, and product labels. • Design marketing assets to support Sales Team and other customer touchpoints. • Strong process improvement initiative for development of problem solving and PI opportunities • Illustration experience • Proven color management skills, including Creative Suite; Adobe certification • Familiarity with proofing systems to implement on-site proofing • Project management familiarity and project management methodology It set us apart then, and it sets us apart now, along with our ability to collaborate with and innovate for the people we're here to serve - our customers, our shareholders, our communities and our employees.
