A company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team, focusing on developing high-quality designs for print, in-store, and out-of-home (OOH) touchpoints, with the option to work from Stanford, CT or remotely. Key Responsibilities... Develop brand collateral in collaboration with the Art Director and brand team Create digital ads and other online assets, along with designing and editing artwork for trade shows and marketing materials Manage design projects, including timelines and job tracking, while ensuring final art files meet production standards Required Qualifications: 3 years of professional, full-time design experience in an agency or in-house setting Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication (preferred) Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional proficiency in Premiere Pro and MS PowerPoint a plus Experience with illustration, animation, hand-lettering, video/motion graphics, photography, and retouching is a bonus The target hiring compensation range is equivalent to $45.00 to $48.00 an hour, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401k plan participationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
