Hybrid As the Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high quality, innovative and strategically aligned web, multimedia, print, UX, and interactive design solutions that meet organizational needs for internal and external audiences at a national nonprofit. Qualifications • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of training and work experience • 5+ years of creative development and design experience with 3 years in an advertising agency environment preferred • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and with video development and editing software • Demonstrated experience in creative briefs and design concepts development • Working knowledge of contemporary graphic design practices and concepts • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Experience working with CMS such as Drupal or WordPress, with knowledge of HTML and CSS • Experience with Pardot email platform and Salesforce a bonus • Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and project management • Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking • Full knowledge of offset print production • Understanding and application of web design and video • Knowledge of the philanthropic sector or eagerness to learn The professionals at Career Blazers Nonprofit Search maintain your confidentiality and will not send your resume to a client without your approval.
