As a Graphic Design Specialist with GMB you will: • Collaborate with the creative marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative design for educational institutions and their marketing needs • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling that will resonate with various audiences across a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and educational environments • Develop brand systems to inform design decisions throughout creative work, from publications and brochures to campus and learning spaces to digital media campaigns • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding and executing creative design from concept through final production • Pitch and present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, with the ability to explain the strategy behind the creative thinking and design What type of knowledge do I need to succeed in this role? • Higher education branding experience • Experience supporting integrated digital campaigns • Design assignment may be included in interview process We might be a great match for each other if you are: • A self-starter with great time management who thrives in an environment with cross-discipline collaboration and team level decision making • An individual who contributes beyond themselves, is motivated by their team's success and works hard to ensure it • Someone who enjoys trying new ideas and constantly improving What you might also like to know: We're an employee-owned company.
