Graphic Design Specialist I

Individual must be comfortable presenting work to partners.Able to understand and adhere to departmental and system processes.Self-sufficient and able to handle multiple projects.Comfortable working directly with interdisciplinary team.Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite - highly proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Four-color print design background with experience in preparing digital files for print.Flexibility to deal with unanticipated projects that have tight turnaround times by adjusting schedules for other projects and clearly communicating those changes to teammates.Able to take direction from clients and teammates. This is not a position where all ideas will be written down and handed off; the artist will be responsible for helping to bring projects to life.Positive attitude, loves coming to work. Education: Associates degree or art school certification in graphic design, web design, visual communication, advertising or related field required.
