Position: Graphic Design Specialist (Sieminski) - Columbus Role: Graphic Design SpecialistPay Rate: $34.11/hourLocation: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH), One Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OHSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm ESTTarget Start Date: 6/15/2026Job Summary As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, production, and preparation of marketing and communication materials for the company and/or specific business units. This role coordinates the planning, layout, and execution of complex visual communication projects including brochures, displays, presentations, proposals, technical manuals, slides, and other graphic applications. The ideal candidate will work in a highly creative and conceptual environment while independently managing multiple projects and delivering visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that support business and communication objectives.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement graphics, layouts, print specifications, and production materials for job aids, presentations, multimedia, electronic communications, and other business-related materialsParticipate in creative presentations and present design concepts and visual communication solutionsLead the design and preparation of complex graphics, formal layouts, finished artwork, and illustrationsCollaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and desired outcomesResearch design approaches, communication strategies, and production methods to recommend effective visual solutionsEnsure adherence to brand standards and proper application of company brand assets across all deliverablesManage assigned design projects and coordinate with project teams to establish and meet timelinesAssist in developing and implementing new or revised graphic design procedures, practices, and policiesPerform additional duties and creative projects as assignedQualificationsEducation:Undergraduate studies in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Communications, or a related field preferredExperience:6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or related creative fieldsExperience managing projects from concept through completionExperience in multimedia, print, and electronic communications requiredProject management experience requiredKnowledge & Technical SkillsExtensive knowledge of graphic design principles, layout development, visual communication strategies, and branding methodologiesProficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator, and related creative/design platformsStrong understanding of visual storytelling, adult learning principles, and instructional support materialsExperience supporting LMS/LXP systems and digital learning environments preferredKnowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic technologies preferredCore CompetenciesStrong creative and technical skills to produce effective designs, layouts, and visual communications across multiple media platformsExcellent project management and decision-making abilities with the ability to manage projects from initiation through completionAbility to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment while managing changing priorities and customer requestsStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teamsAdditional Key Responsibilities Create high-quality learning assets that support instructor‑led training (ILT) and on‑demand digital learning initiativesDesign facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, toolkits, infographics, and reference documents using various creative toolsEnsure all materials are professional, visually engaging, brand‑aligned, and optimized for adult learning modalitiesMaintain, update, and version‑control learning materials to ensure curriculum accuracy and consistencyTranslate complex sales concepts and technology workflows into clear and intuitive visual learning contentCollaborate closely with learning consultants and SMEs to align content with learning objectives and performance outcomesSupport integration of learning materials into LMS/LXP systems and enablement platforms to improve usability and adoptionUtilize emerging technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic tools to improve learning delivery and operational efficiencyUpon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10‑year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.#J-18808-Ljbffr
