Graphic Design Specialist

The Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in advancing the Firm’s brand through high-level creative execution, visual strategy, and independent design judgment across a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives. Oversee the organization, governance, and lifecycle management of design files, images, and visual assets.Ensure all creative assets are properly licensed and that usage restrictions are clearly documented and communicated.Support continuous improvement of design workflows, templates, and asset libraries. Advanced design expertise with demonstrated ability to exercise independent creative judgment.Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.Strong collaboration and client-service orientation when working with attorneys and business professionals.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); working knowledge of WordPress, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot or DealCloud preferred).Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and technologies preferred.Experience with basic video editing preferred.Strong understanding of print production, typography, color theory, and digital design standards.Working familiarity with legal advertising regulations.Portfolio of digital, print, and presentation design samples required.Ability to analyze and interpret documents and data to draw accurate conclusions, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment.Must be able to lift light weights such as files and boxes (10-30 lbs).Ability to lift and move light weights such as file and boxes up to 30 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
