Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our in-house Brand and Creative team. This is a craft-focused role designed for a professional who excels at transforming briefs into polished, on-brand visual deliverables. A key emphasis of this position is infographic design, data visualization, and advanced presentation design.

This role is responsible for translating pre-gathered information and content into clear, compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Graphic Design Specialist with a strong ability to make complex information visually accessible, producing work that is consistently polished, impactful, and aligned with brand standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while owning design decisions and driving projects from concept through completion.

Role Description

Infographic and Data Visualization

Design infographics and data visualization assets based on content and direction provided by project stakeholdersTransform pre-compiled data, statistics, and messaging into visually engaging, easy-to-understand design piecesApply strong visual hierarchy and layout principles to clearly guide viewers through complex informationDevelop reusable visual frameworks and templates for recurring data-driven content needs

Presentation Design

Build polished, branded presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences, including leadership, sales, and marketing teamsElevate existing presentations in partnership with copywriters by transforming text-heavy slides into visually engaging, story-driven contentDevelop and maintain presentation templates aligned with the brand design system and accessible to non-design usersApply strong layout, typography, and visual communication principles to every slide

General Graphic Design

Produce a wide range of on-brand marketing materials across digital and print formats, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, and templatesMaintain brand consistency across all deliverables in alignment with established brand guidelinesDevelop and manage reusable design templates to support efficiency and scalabilitySupport campaign, event, and content design initiatives as directedCollaborate with marketing, product marketing, and project management teams to deliver assets on time and within scopeManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, in-house design environmentIncorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Skill Level Requirements

Advanced ability to design and produce data-driven infographics that translate complex information into clear, visually compelling narrativesAdvanced experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations that balance brand expression with clarity and storytellingAdvanced ability to interpret and visualize data sets accurately, selecting appropriate chart types and frameworksAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint for production-ready designIntermediate ability to build and maintain slide templates, infographic toolkits, and reusable asset libraries for non-designer useIntermediate experience creating print and digital design materials aligned with brand systems and guidelinesIntermediate experience developing and scaling design systems, toolkits, and templated assetsIntermediate ability to manage multiple design projects across varying deadlines and stakeholders

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating infographic design, data visualization, and presentation designDetail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyReceptive to feedback and able to navigate revision cycles efficientlyCollaborative team player with strong communication skills and experience working with marketing and project management teams

Preferred

Experience with Figma or other digital design toolsFamiliarity with interactive content platformsMotion graphics or basic animation skillsExperience designing data-heavy content such as reporting, analytics, or financial communicationsExperience using Canva

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
