You will contribute creative solutions to communicate complex ideas in compelling and effective digital and print formats.Design, develop and maintain branded templates including website, social media, print, case studies, logos, infographics, digital illustrations, email newsletters, advertisements and billboard signage among others.Take ideas from concept to execution: use a startup mindset and full range of graphic design skills to support every aspect of the creative production process, ranging from ideation to launch.Collaborate and communicate with a talented team of marketing professionals to support and develop social media and other marketing from start to finish.Collaborate and communicate with clients to develop styles and design that reflects their vision and business needs from start to finish.Who Are You?You have 2-4 years of experience in design and marketing creating high quality, compelling creative digital and print assets for brands.You have an Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, or related field.You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) (Required)You enjoy designing marketing materials across multiple formats and delivery channels and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, and desktop), print, video, large format, experiential, social media, etc.You have experience working with brand guides and have the skills to work creatively within existing guidelines and help to shape brand identity.You have excellent oral and written communication as well as presentation skills.You are detail-oriented and have an eye for solving creative problems.You have strong time management capabilities and can tackle multiple projects of varying scopes from start to finish to meet deadline expectations.You have the ability to receive and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.You have a working knowledge of digital design best practices and keep up-to-date on design trends.You work well in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating independent initiative and follow-through in accepting and applying feedback.Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 is a plusExperience with Google Drive is a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
