Graphic Design Specialist

The Graphic Design Specialist performs a broad range of graphic design activities supporting the successful implementation of Gensco Marketing initiatives and provides creative graphic design talents that result in industry leading Marketing strategies and achieves desired Gensco sales growth.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing superior internal and external customer service, maintaining brand identity through print and digital media with the ability to execute and communicate design principles. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication, problem- solving and time management skills as well as being open to direction from fellow Team Members and Customers. Responsible for the on-time and accurate design, layout, and print production of numerous campaigns, projects and special assignments assigned by Marketing Manager and other Managers within Gensco to promote sales: Graphic support of events campaigns such as Training books, Dealer Meeting collateral and signage as well as Customer Trip Brochures Supplies and “Equipment” campaigns such as the Gensco Chronicle, New Product Launches, Sales Promotions, and Dealer Programs Corporate’ campaigns such as the Hotline, Birthdays & Anniversaries, Gensco and Columbia letterhead, business cards, envelopes, and notepads Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers Weekly meetings with the Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrated ability to organize and get the job done Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s) Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
