This role is a multi-faceted design role focused on building & optimizing marketing collateral, including print assets, van wraps, email newsletters, social media, and more. In this role, you will champion the visual identity for multiple brands by making graphic design clear and informing quarterly marketing strategies. What you’ll do: • Leverage strategy insights, behavioral research, best practices, analytics and other inputs to create simple, meaningful, relevant and useful content that accomplish defined business objectives • Present your work internally and to franchisee owners • Develop complete visual identity for multiple national home services franchise brands • Design print and digital collateral to support local small business owners with a national brand presence • Collaborate with digital and print marketing vendors to align in a strategic partnership and execute quarterly goals • Spearhead content calendar creation for multiple media and platforms • Guide and contribute to strategic brand discussions • Manage social media presence for national brands • Maintain consistent brand identity through creative design What we’re are looking for: • Experience in creating user-centered designs for digital products • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and Google Suite software • Solid understanding of creative development process, including interactive outputs, and the strategic thinking that drives successful implementation • Working knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies • Highly collaborative within with internal and external team members; including vendors and franchisee owners • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines • Ability to present and sell ideas • An effective communicator, verbally and written • Self-motivated, disciplined, self-assured, performance driven and passionate about design and its role in transforming businesses • A keen eye and attention to detail that is critical to support our franchisee in winning their market consumer • Flexibility in an environment of constant change • Ability to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind • Start-up vibe & culture designed to develop a rewarding career with growth opportunities handling real world challenges Premium Service Brands
