Graphic Design Support

DVF is looking for a Graphic Design Support team member to join our Marketing team on a temporary, part-time basis (3 to 4 days per week). This is a hands-on production role for a recent graduate who can work within established brand codes and deliver high-quality digital assets at pace.

Role details

Hourly, 3-month fixed term with possibility of renewal3 to 4 days per week, in office, hours flexed to business needsRate: $28 to $30/hr 

Key responsibilities

Design and produce digital marketing assets across e-commerce, email, paid social, and organic social, including homepage and landing page graphics, email campaigns, banners, and site content updatesSupport the setup and delivery of digital marketing assets, resizing and adapting creative to platform specifications and handing off final files to the E-commerce and Marketing teamsCreate seasonal marketing assets and contribute to event, PR, and campaign projectsAssist with video editing and motion graphics for seasonal campaigns and social contentProvide support for art direction during lookbook, e-commerce, and email shootsSupport Visual Merchandising with in-store visual assets and signageMaintain brand consistency across all deliverables in line with DVF brand codes, voice, and aestheticOrganize and maintain the digital asset library and design files

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; recent graduates with relevant internship or freelance experience encouraged to applyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layoutExperience designing for digital channels (email, web, social) and adapting assets across formatsBasic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including digital and e-commerce examples
