This includes partnering with our finance team and the publishing house. Collaborate with colleagues both within the department and across school programs to develop a vision for Visual Arts within the Visual and Performing Arts program at Notre Dame Align instruction with department outcomes and graduation outcomes Willingness to work with individual students to develop portfolios and independent study projects in the arts Willingness to integrate community arts resources into the Visual Arts program Be familiar with educational research and current literature in academic area Attend various school functions QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: BA in Art required Teaching credential in the content area is preferred Current experience working in a secondary school Yearbook course experience preferred Ability to teach art in several genres including digital art Terms of Employment: 2026 - 27 academic year Annual renewable contract Competitive compensation package Part-Time position, 0.4 FTE
