CRG Global Inc is a Market Research Firm seeking an experienced Travel Assistant with Graphic design experience to book domestic and international travel for executives and staff, and construct/compose materials for conferences. Must have experience and be familiar with booking travel of all types and be proficient or willing to become proficient using a travel platform for pricing, booking... ticketing, hotels, and ground transporation. Must work every third weekend with two days off during the week. • Create booth graphics and marketing materials, information sheets and hand-outs for conferences • Coordinate & schedule both domestic & international travel for executives traveling to and from conferences and other business travel including flights, hotel, & ground transportation • Assist with travel coordination for conference attendees, including communicating who must attend, assure they complete Travel POs and registrations • Must handle sensitive material concerning the organization with a high degree of confidentiality.
