AVANT Communications is looking for a temp-to-hire Design and Video Specialist to join our world-class marketing team in Chicago! This role will report to our Director of Creative Services and work alongside the Marketing and Education teams to execute. Catalogs, archives and distributes footage, audio and graphics as needed for internal team members as well as external contractors. Proven experience in video development, editing, and design, specifically in applications including: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Animate (not essential) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated success in team collaboration and independent work with minimal supervision Ability to work with and direct talent Familiarity with video-first, mobile-first, and multimodal learning modalities Experience with DaVinci and cloud-based editing is a plus Understanding of AI-powered education tools is a plus Ability to work in 3D modelling and rendering software is a plus The information contained in this job description is intended to convey information about the essential functions and requirements of the position.
