You will be expected to: • facilitate and monitor printing and production services from start to completion • Reviewing print request while organizing and implementing a production work schedule for processing requests. • Provide direction and support during schedule interruptions to accommodate emergency requests. • Provide technical support and management of Graphic File/Prep/Design. You will need to also: • Assist to the customer experience during the embroidering production process, including the coordination and facilitation of the project’s requirements in a timely manner. • Demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described, including progressively responsible experience working as a lead in business printing and marketing needs, customer service experience, experience in print and production cost analysis, experience operating digital printing equipment, finishing equipment and graphic design.
