About Barn2Door is a high growth food+tech startup HQ in Nashville, TN (+ an office in Seattle, WA). We are looking for people passionate about the intersection of local Food, Farming and Technology, who understand both the rigor and opportunity of a high growth startup. Barn2Door is building a team eager to improve access to local Food from local Farmers, while promoting good stewardship of our land and resources. Overview The Graphic Design (1) position at Barn2Door is an entry level role, where you will have the opportunity to participate in the creative process inside a startup. You Are: • Disciplined, self-motivated and passionate about design • Interested in creative design and brand-storytelling • Interested in designing for logos, digital ads, promotional assets, and website layouts • A highly motivated, focused self-starter • An excellent communicator with great listening skills • Experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Skilled in both graphic design and Illustrations • Capable of taking design critiques/feedback and applying to the design • Willing to work with a high degree of independence in an organization that commands teamwork
