Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Graphic Designer candidate that is proactive, self- motivated, and a reliable team player who is detail-oriented, and creative will thrive in our collaborative team environment. Candidates will be asked to Design and edit display advertisements for print and digital banner ads, marketing materials, such as flyers, e-books, presentations, and social media marketing materials. This is an in-office position QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years’ experience as an in-house Graphic Designer Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AcrobatProficient with - ----Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Effectively create print and digital advertisements for clients Passion and understanding of art direction, typography, graphic design, social media, and marketing best practices Experience in presenting and collaborating with senior leadership Copywriting a must. Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills; can clearly articulate ideas with confidence to senior management. Must understand visual communication and have an eye for brand aesthetics Must be able to develop, maintain, and expand upon brand aesthetics Must be extremely detail-focused with the ability to manage multi-projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast work environment Must be comfortable working with a team, and collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor to help foster an upbeat working environment Ability to interpret marketing analytics to develop creative content accordingly Punctual, dependable and reliable Experience with Active Campaign a plus
