The knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired in a minimum of 0-2 years or more of experience in Graphic Arts, with an emphasis on package design in a CPG environment. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Mac based hardware skills and a range of expertise in the following software: Adobe Illustrator (Advanced) Photoshop (Advanced) Acrobat (Intermediate) In Design (Intermediate) MS Word (Basic) PowerPoint (Basic) Digital Imaging Demonstrate strong layout, editing and design skills with creativity, acute attention to detail and accuracy. Capacity to discern color on proofs, supplied standards and on press checks. Has experience working with a variety of printing processes including flexo, digital, and litho, and understands file prep needs to conform to printer specification. Needs to be proactive and a creative problem solver.
