KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects Versatile design abilities in branding, typography and packaging Pitches creative concepts to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators Completes all design assignments according to the needs of the clients and the Hobby Lobby customer while meeting the technical requirements of department standards. Meets all deadlines while juggling multiple projects Maintains current knowledge of design trends Solves problems proactively with patience and intelligence Works closely with peers and sets a tone of partnership between teams Maintains a clean and orderly workstation Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
