This position will be responsible for supporting sales and clients in processing proposals and orders, as well as other customer service functions as required. Ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner based on clients’ requirements. • Enter orders and jobs • Process art set-up jobs. • Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly order reports, inventory reports, shipping reports, and shipments that are not billed.
