Working as a member of the creative team, you will be responsible for creating designs for a variety of projects, including digital and print advertising, websites and website banners, presentation decks, digital signage, packaging, logos, trade show booths and other projects as clients specify to meet their branding criteria. You will need to be comfortable with the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Microsoft Office, along with an understanding of HTML/CSS and cross-client rendering for the creation of email newsletters. Feel free to “wow” us with your Excel and PowerPoint skills, because they may be needed. Communicate effectively with clients and take instructions from the Creative Director Ability to keep healthy working relationships within our organization 0-3 years professional experience in graphic design for web and print A keen eye for and love of typography and typesetting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, honest, and with a positive outlook Ability to work under time constraints and juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in an environment in which priorities and deadlines change frequently Portfolio that shows strong design and layout skills Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with the creative team Ability to think independently, take direction, follow instructions, and accept critique A keen awareness of deadlines and a strong desire to meet them About The Ideal Candidate We are looking for creative, ambitious individuals with a desire to learn and thrive at D2.
