We currently operate two brands, Totallee and Fleur & Bee. Fleur & Bee makes natural skincare products. Both brands donate 1% of sales to charity and we’re going to be a carbon- neutral company by the end of 2021. ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work on two brands. Qualifications and Skills: \\- Expert-level fluency in Illustrator and Photoshop \\- 2+ years of graphic design experience \\- Knowledge of digital and print design \\- Exceptionally organized and detail- oriented \\- A true passion for design and branding \\- Able to be creative while valuing consistency Responsibilities: \\- Create email campaigns \\- Generate new ad creative \\- Upload and customize blog posts and supporting material for content marketing \\- Help create a consistent brand aesthetic \\- Work on projects to improve our existing brands, launch new products, new customer experiences, or new brands Bonus Points: \\- HTML coding experience Rewards: \\- Base Salary: $25-30/hr depending on experience \\- Generous paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid parental leave \\- Health insurance 100% paid by the company \\- Commission on every sale (after 1 year) \\- Opportunity for growth and advancement \\- Be part of an awesome, welcoming, and supportive team Work Schedule: \\- 30-40 hours per week How to Apply: \\- Include a resume \\- Include a link to your portfolio \\- Answer the following questions: 1) What is your most valuable skill set?
