Graphic Designer Overview As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing graphic design elements for various platforms within the company, including, web & e-commerce design, digital campaigns, emails, banners, style guides, and sales decks. The ideal candidate has the experience, passion, and skills to bring meaningful solutions from a graphic design standpoint, working closely with the Art Director, Creative Director, and CEO on all daily design tasks needed. Graphic Designer Responsibilities: • Development on brand design elements for e-commerce sites, presentation sites, catalogs, sales presentations, internal style guides, and in house projects • Working on Photoshop, social media, e-commerce, product & sales decks, and presentation boards • Design landing pages for new business initiatives, emails, social media assets • Develop and organize content management of all visual elements • Work with other creative team members on cohesive designs aligned with the brand’s guidelines and the company’s overall objectives • Execute new concepts and repurpose, rework, and revise existing content when appropriate • Optimize and push forward existing items to improve brand awareness, conversion, and product adoption • Work with CEO and Art Director daily to design content that relates to new collections and web editorials to sit alongside visuals that focus on art and design.
