Job Overview Humphrys CoverSports is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our print department. This position will be on-site and will require 20-25 hours a week. The hours can be tailored to fit your availability (within the hours of 8-4:30, Monday-Friday), as long as it can be consistent week-to- week. Responsibilities for Graphic Designer • Prepare print files for our state-of-the-art wide format printers • Create and update proofs as needed for customers • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within provided time restrictions • Work with Pantone color libraries to ensure accurate customer color Qualifications for Graphic Designer • Associates degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and print • Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign (this position will work primarily in Illustrator, but other programs are a plus) • Excellent eye for detail • Ability to work independently
