About this role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong grasp of file setup for production. Responsibilities: • Design packaging, print materials, and digital assets across multiple product lines • Finalize dielines and production-ready files with 100% accuracy • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate brand strategy into visual solutions • Create conversion-focused ad creatives for social media platforms • Work closely with vendors, printers, and supply chain to ensure smooth file delivery and execution • Maintain organization of design files, assets, and progress within project management tools Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience preparing files for packaging, especially in the supplements or beverage space • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy • Excellent communication and time management skills
