Responsibilities: \\- Develop organized, reusable assets and optimized templates for handoff to producers and editors \\- Work cross-functionally with social, digital content, and video teams and other business partners to create compelling and engaging content \\- Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and creative leads to turn ideas into stunning visual elements \\- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs from a blank canvas Preferred Qualifications: \\- 5+ years of graphics experience and/or a combination of prior key art, visual effects, or live-action production experience \\- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. \\- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism \\- Passion and knowledge of current design trends \\- Open and collaborative communication style \\- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude \\- Strong, developed sense of design, and an eye for typography and text layout. \\- Experience across all phases of the animation pipeline from storyboards through shot delivery through final delivery \\- Must be self-directed with minimal supervision, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to others \\- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working under tight schedules \\- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills \\- Ability to demonstrate a balance of creativity and technical knowledge \\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate with all levels of executives, management, and staff \\- Understands Post Process and Deadlines \\- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
