Qualifications • No ego; we are a team of thoughtful, caring people that work collaboratively on everything, so bring openness and the ability to work with a great team • 2+ years of experience in a design-related field • Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Indesign, and basic knowledge of After Effects or equivalent motion graphics • Ability to support both digital and print design projects • Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities • Ability to quickly produce publication-quality materials for both print and digital applications • Ability to act independently in a very fast-paced environment • Ability to adhere to the company’s style and brand guidelines • Creative thinker and problem solver • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage the workload with minimal supervision
