We are creative, customer-centric and professional. • Design projects that include but are not limited to business cards, menus, signs, banners, flyers and forms. • The ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions • The ability to pay attention to detail • Strong computer skills • Originality, creative flair, and innovator • Flexibility • Accuracy and a strong visual sense • Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues and team members • The ability to balance work on several projects at a time • Must work well as a team member, contributing, communicating and be a good team player • A matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected • An awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work • Excellent time management and organizational skills • The ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions • Following policies and procedures is a MUST • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment • Following templates and meets required standards • Common sense Qualifications: • Candidate must have excellent skills with design and photo- editing software such as Photoshop, other design software as InDesign and Illustrator • Follow Imprenta Printing systems • Following procedures and instructions as well as orders’ notes • Open to constructive criticism • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines • Ability to function as a team member as well as individually Primary Responsibilities • Responsible for designing jobs and ensure the layout and design is done as requested by client • Responsible for ensuring jobs are out in a timely manner • Responsible using the correct templates • Responsible for correct grammar on jobs • Responsible for making sure images and other files are in the correct resolution to print to Imprenta Printing standards. • Responsible for maintaining area clean and organized • Responsible for keeping with and correctly organize file that belong in the server Secondary Responsibilities As a team member of Imprenta Printing contribution to improve your department is expected.
