At APTIM, we come to work each day knowing that we are making an impact on the world. • Provide creative solutions and support graphic development throughout the creative process. • The Graphic Designer must have a broad understanding of graphic design, marketing, and brand management with at least 5 years of total design experience and two years of specific experience providing graphics and marketing support for federal, state, and local government and commercial client proposals. • 2 years of proposal graphic development in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-volume proposal environment • Expert knowledge in the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Acrobat) to create graphics and templates • Basic knowledge of federal and commercial proposal development • The position requires great attention to detail.
