Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Team Fitz Graphics is a creative and rapidly growing company in its 17th year of operation. Candidate will work directly with Team Fitz’s sales team to conceptualize and design product layouts for print to accurately and creatively address client needs in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as an important function aiding the growth of its department and organization. This full-time position includes salary, benefits, and remote-work flexibility. • Degree in graphic design or a related field • 2 – 4 years professional experience • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign • A strong desire to be a part of an entrepreneurial environment • A solid work ethic requiring minimal oversight • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and change focus rapidly in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivation and a desire to grow and learn new skills
