This position is responsible for designing communication materials in various forms. Responsibilities may include designing street signs; creating logos or similar graphics; and ordering department supplies. • Designing signs and logos; • Using a computer and related software applications; • Ordering department supplies; • Using appropriate hand and power tools; • Placing graphics on various signs; • Utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, and others sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction. Walking and standing are required only occasionally. and 1 year of related experience; or, all required certification(s); or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
