Graphic Designer

SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer will produce graphics for the New England Revolution digital and print. • Lead the execution of the visual brand of the New England Revolution across print, digital, and audio/video platforms, ensuring that all graphics adhere to the Revolution brand guidelines • Produce and design content for marketing, social media, sponsorship, ticketing, and other departments within the organization • Deliver real-time content on match days • Constantly develop skills and explore new creative techniques • Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment • Collaborate with the marketing team on overall brand/campaign ideation and design that defines the brand voice for the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or relevant field of study • 3-5 years of experience creating various types of media including digital and print • Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Mac OS • Strong understanding of layout (i.e. typography, balance, scale) and other design fundamental techniques • Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines • Able to take creative ideas and translate them to visual presentations • Motion graphic creation experience is a plus (After Effects) • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and collaborate across multiple projects and deadlines • Willingness to provide and receive quality-related feedback • Ability to work independently and autonomously on projects while consistently delivering projects on time through completion • Must exhibit professionalism and have strong interpersonal skills • Must be detail-oriented, conscientious, and hard-working • Organize personal workflows so projects are easily shared between teammates • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
