Responsibilities and Duties: • Work with management, sales, and marketing staff on a range of innovative projects, including brand and client product label packaging designs for retail products, product marketing collateral, trade show exhibits, print and online advertisements, etc. • Collaborate with clients to determine the scope of a design of a private labeled product. Qualification: • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat • Basic knowledge of product photography • Attention to detail, creative & analytical thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must • A determination to achieve and succeed • The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment • Self-motivated with the ability to see projects through from inception to production • Consistency regardless of project size • Good organizational skills • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve • The ability to be flexible and move from one project to another as high priority projects arise • Understanding of web design and web development • Company paid life insurance. • Refrain from gossip about co-workers or the company.
