Minimum Qualifications Duties Description Under the direction of an Associate Director Training 2, within the Chief Technology Office, Innovation and Engineering Services, User Experience section, the Graphic Designer 2, SG-18, will serve as a visual designer supporting the User Experience Team’s design/development efforts of multiple projects across channels, touchpoints, and state agencies through the entire design lifecycle—from user research to user interaction design to user interface design, and NYS branding. • Create and synthesize user interface design patterns, standards, and principles for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
