Responsibilities • Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values; specifically, ethics and integrity • Research audience preferences and discover current trends • Create uniformity in engaging text, image, print and digital content • Design graphics to sustain clients’ curiosity and create buzz around new products • Stay current with changes in all graphic platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions • Track and Report on KPIs • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Able to work a flexible schedule as needed • Attend and participate in required meetings • Travel as needed • Education and training duties as required • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor Qualifications • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, New media, Art and Design or relevant field preferred • Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing & graphic design experience. • Video experience is a highly preferred.
