Graphic Designer

Descon is an established company that designs, develops, manufacturers, and sells a variety of artwork signage and graphic solutions for use in school environments. This designer should have a desire to work on large format scale graphics, signage, displays, etc. o Selfmotivated with ability to take direction and work productively with minimal assistance o Comfortable with following a process and with receiving constructive feedback/critique on design elements o Ability to work in a team environment within a shared office, preferably with a clean/organized work space o Flexible demeanor that has a desire to learn our process, improve their abilities, and develop a positive/passionate attitude for products and company. • Develops an understanding of Descon products and their applications while knowing our process, quality, and operations • Strive to exceed customer expectations with every project • Creatively designs innovative graphics that are appropriately themed for schools and that meet customer priorities • Accurately prepares detailed files for presentation, printing, and production.
