Responsibilities • Designs print, digital and web-based corporate marketing collateral including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, sell sheets, digital communications, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and experiential and environmental graphics in support of business development efforts and other organizational initiatives. • Project Manager to maintain status of assigned projects. Education And Experience Preferred: • Experience with web design. Required: • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Basic Excel, Dreamweaver and HTML skills • Ability to conceptualize and design multiple ideas/solutions for projects based on business requirements • Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, and work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions • Ability to set goals, multitask and prioritize workload • Basic investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects • Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives • Ability to attend off-site press and bindery checks • Understanding of current practices and trends in marketing technology and media, and of how marketing and branding strategies intersect with design
