The Graphics Designer is responsible for creative ideation and design of marketing and other departments' projects which encompass a variety of print and multi-media deliverables. This role is supported by external agencies and will be responsible for developing processes of efficiencies in design workflow with internal and external partners. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to... establish objectives for design within each project to determine the best approach for design and the finished product. • Designs print and multi-media artwork for promotional events including advertisements, brochures, flyers, major communication pieces, as well as on-site signage. • Implements brand guidelines in all design work and maintaining the graphic design network and storage of files/templates that can easily be managed by production • Continually develops new, creative, and fresh ideas for visual design and implements them when/where appropriate.
