4+ years of experience generating and manipulating graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into multimedia programs.Must possess expert knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for informative and instructional material.U.S. Security Clearance Requirements Must possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance CRITICAL NOTES: Applications with inconsistencies will not be considered.Recruiters or Third parties will not be considered.This is a 100% on-site position located in Crystal City (Arlington), VA.This can be a W2 or 1099 position.
